Saltburn

Saltburn was founded in 2005 by a pair of architects turned property developers.

After building a successful architectural practice in Auckland whose expertise lay in the design of retirement villages, aged-care facilities and hospitals, Saltburn’s founder's embraced the opportunity to expand on their architectural offering. Having established strong networks with industry partners they wanted to capitalise on their unique skill set and take responsibility for seeing their designs flow through to build and completion.
